Materials & tools:

Once an order is recieved, it will be collated, packed and sent within 3 studio days. (Studio days are Tuesday through Friday.)

Courier delivery times:

TBS ships NZ wide using Aramax’s tracked and signature required service.

Auckland is generally overnight, North Island 2 working days, South Island up to 3 working days (allow 2 extra days for RD.)

I’m a one woman business- it’s just me in my bindery, no massive team or production line here! All products are hand made, custom to order & all materials / tools are hand selected, cut, packed & shipped by me.

Yes, you can have either on your product being made by The Binding Studio.

This service is not available for pre-made products or materials from elsewhere.

The Binding Studio works on an appointment basis. Please call 09 963 7721 or 021 120 6183 to book a time to come by the studio.

International deliveries are sent via NZ Post’s International Courier, which is tracked, signature required for delivery and takes between 2 and 6 working days.

Yes! TBS ships nation and world wide. Please allow time for this outside of the normal turn around time.

Materials, tools and products ordered online:

TBS’s products are hand made, custom to order. All materials & tools are hand selected, cut, packed & shipped custom to order too.

This means refunds & exchanges are not available if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

If the product you’ve bought is faulty, TBS will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
